1 - Indoor coil inspection.
2 - Condenser coil inspection.
3 - Electrical inspection: we’ll check for exposed or loose wires that could destroy the air conditioner or worse, cause a fire in your home.
4 - Capacitor inspection and testing.
5 - Fan blade inspection.
6 - Service valve inspection: if this is malfunctioning, your unit will not emit the right amount of refrigerant, resulting in an air conditioner that doesn’t properly cool down your home.
7 - Safety device inspection: a properly working safety device means that the unit will shut off if it is malfunctioning, saving you from dangerous situations.
8 - Duct work inspection.
9 - Bearing inspection and lubrication.
10 - Blower Motor inspection: we’ll check the amperage and voltage, check for cracks, and lubricate the motor belt.
11 - Air filter cleaning and/or replacement: we recommend that you have the filter changed every 3 months or more for maximum efficiency.
12 - Condensate drain inspection: we’ll check for clogs and algae build-up that could cause odors and higher humidity in your home.
13 - Refrigerant inspection. The techinican could check the level of refrigerant and determine if needs to be recharged. The technician may add only up to 3 oz as part of the service if required. Each additional recharge of refrigerant has an additional cost per lb after the first 3 oz.
14 - Electrical disconnect box inspection.
15 -Check and inspect switches.
16 - Outdoor Condenser coil cleaning: any amount of dirt or dust blocking the fins on the outside of the unit can prevent airflow and reduce your air conditioner’s efficiency.
17 - Check and clean A/C outdoor unit.
18 - Supply/Return temperature differential inspection.
19 - Compressor inspection and maintenance: as the heart and soul of your air conditioner, it’s critical that the compressor is in full working order.
20 - Debris removal: this ensures that your unit is working at maximum efficiency and free of fire hazards.
